I have been blessed to have experienced a lot of traumas in life. That’s right, I said blessed.

All of my experiences have led me to my purpose.

Coaching amazing people, like YOU, who have just gotten a little stuck in the weeds of life and need a guide to help them out.

So many coaches boast about their work with light or shadows but few, if any, combine the two. This is the only way I coach. Life is dualistic in nature and we have to incorporate this into any healing journey.

Simply put, shadow work means identifying the parts of yourself that you’ve repressed or hidden. However, while they may not be front and center in your mind, they are deeply impacting your thoughts, actions, and beliefs. Once you learn to identify them and work with them, you can begin integrating them into the light. This is where light work comes in.

I helped my daughter fight and survive her childhood cancer journey (Stage 4 Neuroblastoma). I helped take care of my father-in-law as he aged until he passed peacefully in my home. I manage my mother and mother-in-law’s healthcare and aging journeys.

I've also been on the healthcare side of caregiving, serving as the Patient & Family Advocate for many years. In most cases, I was the bridge between patients/their families and the healthcare team.

This includes getting married, getting divorced, kids moving out of the house, having kids, losing a loved one, becoming a caregiver, career changes, etc.

I have been through countless transitions in my life and the biggest thing I want to make clear is it CAN be very lonely and confusing, but it does NOT have to be. I didn’t have someone to guide me through challenges, you can.

I grew up in an age when drug use and abuse were really starting to take off. Many around me have struggled with addiction and sobriety. I have worked with family members of those with active addictions and those in recovery. I have also worked with those who have been through recovery and now live a sober lifestyle and are interested in continuing their inner work to healing.

This includes helping families learn to rebuild trust and relationships after the chaos that typically follows the recovery process.

Whether this means after a loved one has passed or a relationship that fell apart. Grief is grief no matter how you look at it.

In today’s world, it’s important to have the confidence and strength to follow your intuition (“your gut”), and in some cases that can mean you no longer get along with people who were once considered to be good friends. This can be a difficult, shocking, and devastating part of growing and healing. It’s easier to navigate with the help of someone who has been there before.

I’ve held multiple positions as an award-winning heart-centered sales consultant. The work I did and continue to coach others on is not sales based solely on making money or hitting quotas. I was, and my clients are, focused on changing lives. In order to do that, you have to be in the right mindset yourself.

As a sales consultant with a fast-paced, high-ticket company this is no easy feat. And if you are provided coaching, it’s typically with your own coworkers and the main goal is to make you a sales machine. That is NOT the way to save more lives (and make more sales in the process). I teach conscious enrolling.

This includes getting married, getting divorced, kids moving out of the house, having kids, losing a loved one, becoming a caregiver, career changes, etc.

One of my certifications is in emotional intelligence. I love helping others become aware of their emotions, how they are impacting their daily life, and how to manage and handle them.

I am particularly passionate about navigating and disarming triggers. Those are the words, actions, people, etc. that get under our skin and cause emotional chaos or physical discomfort.

Once upon a time I was there too. I was a stay-at-home mom with kids who no longer needed me all day. What the heck was I going to do with my life and how could I figure it out? I got on my path and followed it to where I am now, but it wasn’t a smooth journey without someone to guide me along the way.

My husband and I have been married for over 30 years. No relationship is perfect, but we have remained very happy despite many challenges in our lives. I have helped many clients learn to shift their relationships into beautiful partnerships.

I have two grown children who have completely opposite personalities. We continue to have a close relationship and I love guiding parents to achieve the same with their children.

I am also a child of divorce and extremely toxic familial behavior.

I was raised Greek Orthodox but now consider myself to be simply “spiritual”. There are many things I now believe in that might contradict something I was taught growing up. I’ve allowed myself the grace to evolve my spiritual beliefs as feels right for me.

Evolving beyond what you were taught growing up can be challenging and scary, especially when interacting with those who hold those old beliefs firmly. Working with me is a safe space for all spiritual beliefs and religions. We don’t need to believe in the same thing for me to help you learn how to integrate the old and the new, whatever that might be for you.
